1. Digital Product Agreement

The Wild Wisdom Mini Deck is a digital product.
No physical cards will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the deck in its digital form. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final (see Section 6).

2. Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or forward the deck or access link to anyone

• Upload the deck to any public or private online platform

• Sell, reproduce, or redistribute the deck in any form

• Create derivative works for commercial use

• Use any images, text, or card concepts for your own products without written permission

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All images, text, card meanings, branding, graphics, and associated materials within the Wild Wisdom Mini Deck are the intellectual property of Chaela / Soul Deep Touch.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Access & Availability

You will receive access to the digital deck through a secure link delivered after purchase.

While we aim to ensure continuous availability, we reserve the right to:

• Update the deck

• Move it to a new platform

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

If any major access changes occur, customers will be notified via email.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the deck, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Use the product only as intended

• Not engage in unauthorized sharing or distribution

• Ensure your device and internet connection can access the digital product

6. Refund Policy

Because the Wild Wisdom Mini Deck is a digital, instantly accessible product, no refunds are offered.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical errors preventing access (verified)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
