I grew up surrounded by addiction and dysfunction, where self-regulation wasn’t modeled or supported — it was barely on the map.
I learned early how to stay connected by over-adapting, over-giving, and losing myself in relationships. Finding my way back to center didn’t come from insight alone, but from learning how to regulate, pause, and stay present without disappearing.

It’s a practical tool to help you regain steadiness, clarity, and self-leadership when relationships feel charged — so connection no longer comes at the cost of yourself.
